What does my ticket include?

When you purchase a booking to Atelier Crenn it covers your base meal, but it does not include supplemental food, alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic beverages, coffee or tea.

Why do you use pre-paid bookings instead of reservations?

Atelier Crenn is a small space, and we want to create an intimate environment for our guests. Pre-paid bookings allow us to anticipate who will be joining us and to give guests an all-encompassing experience.

Booking system logout times:

Please be aware that you will have 7 minutes to complete the transaction once tickets are selected. If you exceed the allotted time you will be signed out and the tickets will be released back into our system for other guests to purchase.

Can I give my booking away or sell it?

Yes. The booking is completely transferable. Please note, however, that selling tickets for greater than face value may be illegal in your area. Anyone who purchases a ticket from another patron should take care to ensure that they have a received a formal transfer of the ticket through the restaurant's official website. Any tickets purchased on the secondary market are at the purchaser's risk. How do I transfer my booking?

To transfer a ticket, log in to your account, go to the "My Account" area using the upper right navigation pane and select "Your Bookings". Each ticket has a transfer button next to it. -- https://profile.tocktix.com/#/login?continue=account.tickets

What is your dress code?

Our suggested dress code is casual-elegant, jacket not required. We do however encourage dressing up for this special night.

What is your parking situation?

We do not offer valet service and parking in this neighborhood can be challenging, but we recommend utilizing car services or the public parking garage at 2055 Lombard Avenue. Located at the intersection of Lombard & Fillmore. The garage is attended and credit cards are accepted.

What if I want to book for a solo diner or party of 5-6?

Please call the restaurant directly.

What is your cancellation policy?

Atelier Crenn reservations are final and non-refundable. We do, however, offer the opportunity to reschedule your reservation once for another date suitable to your schedule, or to transfer your reservation to another guest. We ask that you reschedule with us at least 72-hours prior to your reservation time. Any reservations made within the 72-hour window will not be rescheduled, but are fully transferable.

Will my dinner be affected if I am late for my reservation?

If you (or a dining partner) are more than 15 minutes late then service will, by necessity, move at a faster pace so that your dinner remains within the three hour ticket time. Please keep in mind that we do a full second seating each night and, if your dining time is before 7:00pm, a guest has purchased a ticket for your table in the second seating. We must respect those ticket times and guests who have purchased tickets for the second seating.

How long is the experience estimated to last?

For parties of 2, your experience is estimated to last approximately 3 hours. For parties of 4, we recommend allowing an additional 15-30 minutes. For parties of 5 or more, we recommend allowing 4 hours.

Does Atelier Crenn allow corkage?

Yes, we allow up to two 750mL bottles per table at a price of $50 per bottle. We respectfully ask that wine brought in is not currently featured on our wine list.

How do I apply my gift certificate to the purchase?
